Enterprise Plan

Built for high-volume, mission-critical UDP workloads. The Enterprise plan removes per-Listener charges, provides batch-optimized pricing, and backs your deployment with a 99.99% availability SLA and priority support — all billed through your AWS Marketplace subscription.

What’s Included

No Per-Listener Charges

Run as many Listeners as your account supports without incurring per-port hourly charges. Ideal for deployments with large or variable numbers of ports.

Batch-Based Pricing

Optimized for sustained traffic above 400 packets per second. Batch pricing starts at $2.50 per million batches, dropping as volume grows — typically more economical than per-packet pricing at high throughput.

99.99% Availability SLA

A contractual uptime commitment backed by multi-region architecture, appropriate for production-critical applications where downtime has a direct business impact.

Priority Support

Dedicated support queue with faster response times. Includes access to the Proxylity engineering team for complex integration questions and architecture reviews.

Multiple AWS Accounts

Deploy Listeners and destinations across multiple AWS accounts within your organization under a single Enterprise subscription, with centralized usage visibility.

AWS Marketplace Billing

All charges consolidated onto your AWS bill. Compatible with AWS Enterprise Discount Programs (EDP) and existing AWS procurement processes.

Batch Pricing Tiers

Monthly Batches Price per Million Batches
0 – 10M $2.50
Next 90M (10M – 100M) $2.25
Next 900M (100M – 1B) $2.00
Above 1B $1.75

Batch size is configurable per destination. Maximum batch size varies by AWS service. Dedicated single-tenant stacks are also available for specialized requirements — mention this in your inquiry.

Enterprise FAQ

Enterprise pricing is based on your workload and is delivered as a custom offer through AWS Marketplace. The plan uses batch-based pricing (starting at $2.50/M batches, tiered by volume) with no per-Listener charges. Contact sales and we'll provide a detailed quote based on your expected traffic volumes.

Instead of charging per individual packet, batch pricing charges per group of packets delivered together to a destination (e.g., a batch of 10 packets delivered to SQS or Kinesis counts as one batch). This model is significantly more cost-effective for sustained workloads above approximately 400 packets per second, because the gateway can aggregate packets efficiently at high throughput. At lower volumes, pay-as-you-go packet pricing on the standard plan is usually more economical.

Enterprise subscribers can deploy Listeners and destinations across multiple AWS accounts within their organization under a single subscription. Usage from all associated accounts is aggregated for billing purposes. Account linking is configured through the Proxylity management console. Contact sales for details on how to structure your account topology.

The 99.99% SLA covers availability of the UDP Gateway service to accept and route packets to your configured destinations. It is backed by multi-region architecture with automatic failover. Service credits apply in the event of SLA breaches as defined in your Marketplace agreement. Note that availability of downstream AWS destination services (Lambda, SQS, Kinesis, etc.) is governed by their own AWS SLAs.

Yes. Organizations with specialized requirements — isolated storage and processing, configurable regionality, large numbers of ports, or contiguous port ranges — can inquire about dedicated stacks. These provide the same functionality and multi-region durability as the shared service and are purchased as custom offers in AWS Marketplace. Pricing varies based on configuration but typically starts at $10,000 per month. Mention your interest in dedicated stacks when contacting sales.

Enterprise is sold as a private custom offer through AWS Marketplace. After you contact sales and we agree on terms, we'll send a custom offer to your AWS account that you can accept through the standard Marketplace procurement flow. This keeps everything within your existing AWS billing and procurement processes, and is compatible with AWS Enterprise Discount Programs (EDP).
